How do i create my account?

Signing up to Bali Fun Time is easy! Simply use your Facebook account and sign-up with one click or  use your email account and fill up the details in a sign up form.

How do I edit my profile details?

You can directly manage your personal information on your Bali Fun Time profile page. Simply log in to your account at Bali Fun Time and click on the icon on top right corner. Select the first option from the drop down menu and start editing!

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to profile page
  2. Go to account details
  3. Change your password and click save

Booking

How do i make a booking?

When you click the “Book Now” or “See Options” button, you will be able to choose one or more options and book the activity. After that, you will be prompted to review your order and enter your payment information. You can either pay via credit card or with PayPal. 

Is the price per group or person?

The price depends on the activity you selected. Please click “Book Now” or “Select Options”, then select your preferred option. You will see the difference by adding the number of participants. If the price breakdown shows a cheaper price when you add more participants, it means the price is a group price. If the price multiplies, it means the price is per person.

Can I book via phone?

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings over the phone. Please proceed with your booking on Bali Fun Time website.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Bali Fun Time holds on to your payment until 12 hours after the experience starts, so if anything goes wrong you can simply contact us.

Can i change my booking?

We completely understand that plans change! For most activities, it is possible to make changes to your booking.

Please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” of your booking. If it is before the cancellation due date, please send a message to the Bali Fun Time on your “Dashboard” by logging into Bali Fun Time website. 

If the cancellation due date has passed, unfortunately you cannot change your booking.

Payment

You can pay securely using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash On Delivery

Of course you can. We accept cash payment while delivery

Your payment details are fully secure. All data is encrypted and transmitted securely with an SSL protocol

Cancellation and Refund

Can I cancel my booking and how do I do it?

We know that plans can change sometimes, and that’s why we’ve made it possible to cancel your booking if you really need to. Before canceling an experience, however, we suggest that you contact Bali Fun Time. We are very accommodating and might be able to adjust to your schedule if it’s simply a change of date or time.

If you still need to cancel your booking, you can do so from your Dashboard. Go to Dashboard > Orders to find all your upcoming experiences.Please note that your experience is only officially cancelled when you receive an email from us confirming the cancellation and your refund status.

Will I receive a refund after I cancel my booking?

You are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

– Your booking is still in review
– You cancel your booking before the cancellation due date

Coupon Code

How can i use a coupon code?

Please make sure that your coupon code is valid. Input the coupon code under “Order Details” during proceed to Checkout. Please click “Have a coupon code?” and insert your coupon code before clicking “Proceed to Checkout”.
